Returns & Exchange

Exchanges and returns are on us. Please read our guidelines below:

Easy Returns: We accept any product you’re not fully satisfied with.

Return Window: Requests must be made within 15 days of receiving your order.

Usage Condition: Products must have at least 90% of the fragrance remaining.

Fast Processing: Returns and exchanges are processed within 3–5 working days after we receive your item.

Delivery Costs: Delivery charges are not refundable.

Exchange Shipping: Customers cover the delivery cost for exchange orders.

Non-Refundable Items: Tester Packs and Bundle Offers are not eligible for return or refund.

Wrong or Damaged Products: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll cover all shipping charges.

Original Packaging: Returned products must be in original packaging. If packaging is damaged or the product is not intact, extra charges may apply.
